Shipping policy

<p>We bake to order and ship to land in time for your event.</p>

<h3>Choosing your delivery date</h3>
<p>Pick your delivery date at checkout — Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Please order at least 4 days before your event. Inside 4 days, get in touch before you order (heysugar@sugarwood.co or text 917-409-7360) — the online calendar may not show the date, and we can often still make it work.</p>

<h3>Shipping cost</h3>
<ul>
<li>Free two-day shipping on orders $50 and over</li>
<li>$5.95 on orders under $50</li>
<li>Saturday delivery: $18 surcharge</li>
</ul>

<h3>Where we ship</h3>
<p>Nationwide via UPS, plus Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. We don't currently ship to Alaska, and we're not able to ship to P.O. boxes.</p>

<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>You'll get an automated email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.</p>

<h3>Merch</h3>
<p>Apparel and hats are printed on demand and ship separately from dessert kits — please allow 2–3 weeks.</p>
