How fresh are my waffles if I order them online?

Our Woodys and Kittys are made fresh in our NYC shop. We box them up and send them your way via UPS 1- or 2-day shipping the very day they're baked. They'll be fresh for up to a week after you receive them.

My Waffles arrived, do I need to do anything with them before I eat them?

Ready for a bite right out of the box, or if you're in the mood to eat them hot and steamy, just follow our reheating instructions. Either way, prepare for a swoon-worthy treat!

Can I warm up my waffles before I eat them?

Absolutely! Warm them up for a steamy treat. We slip in all the details on storage and reheating with every naughty box.

Do I need to warm up any of the sauces for my waffles?

Some of our saucy temptations are crafted with pure melted chocolate, which might get a bit shy in the cold. A gentle warm-up will bring them back to their smooth, silky best.

Do you have any tips or tricks for the best waffle experience?

Keep your waffles out of the fridge and away from those strong-smelling foodies (onions, garlic, and the like). Trust us, nobody craves a dry Kitty or a garlic-kissed Woody.

Which shipping provider do you use to ship your waffles?

Our waffle delivery chariot of choice? UPS! We trust them to whisk our treats to you quickly and in perfect, mouth-watering condition.

Absolutely! Our sweetness knows no bounds – we deliver across the entire country.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

We do! Just note there's a little extra fee for these far-off, fabulous destinations.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We send out orders the next business day to keep things as fresh as our flavors. Just a heads up – we don't ship on Fridays, so your waffles don’t get lonely over the weekend.

Will I get tracking information for my order?

Of course! You'll get an automated email with all the tracking deets as soon as your order hits the road.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

Not in love with your latest Sugar Wood swag? You can return any unused and unwashed items within 14 days.

My apparel is the wrong size, can I make an exchange?

Do you cater for larger events?

How much time in-advance do you need to organize my event?

We like to have at least ten days to sprinkle our magic. But hey, if you're in a sugar rush, let us know, and we might just pull off a last-minute wonder.
