Yes — we ship Sugar Wood Naughty Dessert Kits anywhere in the United States via UPS, including hotels and Airbnbs. Use the hotel or Airbnb address as your shipping destination; most hotels will hold packages at the front desk for check-in pickup. For Airbnbs, coordinate with your host on receiving the package. Two-day shipping is free on orders $50 and over, and $5.95 on orders under $50. Saturday delivery is available for an $18 surcharge.

Our Woodys and Kittys are made fresh in our Brooklyn, NY facility. We send them your way via UPS 1- or 2-day shipping the very day they're baked. They'll be fresh for up to a week after you receive them.

Package Protection, added at checkout, covers delivery delays — if UPS runs behind and your order won't arrive in time for your event, contact us and we'll make it right. Packages that are lost, stolen or damaged, in transit or after delivery, are handled through a standard UPS claim: email heysugar@sugarwood.co within 3 days of delivery, with photos for damage, and we'll file it. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address given at checkout aren't covered, so please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
