When should I order?
You're already thinking about us - why wait? You'll pick your exact delivery date at checkout — we bake to order and ship fresh, so ordering NOW is actually better. Ordering early just means you stop thinking about it.
When will my order ship?
Two-day nationwide shipping is included with your Batch order! (Scheduled delivery every Wed, Thurs & Fri., Saturday delivery available for a fee.)
Can you handle special delivery requests?
Yes! We can usually accommodate rush orders. Please text us at 917-409-7360 with any rush requests.
When will my order arrive?
We ship to do our best for your order to arrive on or before the date you select at checkout. We encourage you to select package protection with SavedBy. We ship with two day service. Please remember to TRIPLE CHECK your delivery address, especially when ordering for delivery to a hotel, AirBnB, or other event space.
What is SavedBy Package protection?
SavedBy Package Protection is optional insurance for your order that can be added at checkout. SavedBy covers delayed, damaged and misdirected packages. If your package is not delivered on time, in good condition and to the right address, we will immediately send a replacement package, no questions asked, no forms to fill out. We highly recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection to your order. (Please note SavedBy does not cover stolen packages.
