SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that covers your delivery date — if UPS runs behind and your order won’t make it in time for your event, SavedBy makes it right. Lost or damaged in transit is already covered by standard UPS insurance, no add-on needed — we’ll file that claim for you either way.
How Much Does it Cost?

Do I Need SavedBy?
* You don’t, but it’s the fastest way to fix a late delivery without waiting on us to sort it out with UPS. One thing to know: it won’t cover a delay caused by an incorrect address or the wrong delivery date entered at checkout, or any quality issues that come from that delay — double-check both and you’re covered either way.
