When should I order?
Order at least a week before your party. You'll pick your exact ship date at checkout — we ship fresh, so later is actually better. Ordering early just means you stop thinking about it.
Can you ship to an Airbnb or hotel?
Yes — we do it all the time. Just put the rental's address at checkout. Put your name (or the MOH's) on the shipping label so the host or front desk knows who it's for. If you want, add a note at checkout for the front desk.
What's actually in the kit?
Fresh-baked Naughty Cookies, royal icing pouches in pre-mixed colors, a pile of sprinkles and toppers, step-by-step decorating cards. No baking and no prep — open it and go.
How many cookies per kit?
Each kit is sized for a specific party — pick yours on the product page. If you're between sizes, size up. You'll thank us when nobody fights over the last one.
How long do they stay fresh?
Best within 5–7 days of arrival. Decorate the day of the party (icing sets in about 20 minutes), eat them that night or the morning after. Store at room temp in a sealed container if you need to hold them longer.
Any allergens we should know about?
Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts. If you need allergy details for a specific guest, email us at heysugar@sugarwood.co and we'll walk you through it before you order.
What if it arrives damaged or late?
Tell us immediately — text or email with a photo and we'll make it right. We've shipped thousands of these without drama, but when something goes sideways we fix it fast. Your party matters.
