When will my order ship?
We use 2-3 day shipping to ensure that your order arrives exactly when you need it.
Please use the date picker at check out to let us know when you would like your order delivered.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to Alaska at this time.
Can you handle special delivery requests?
Yes! We can usually accommodate rush orders. Please text us at 917-409-7360 with any rush requests.
We can ALWAYS accommodate requests for delayed delivery. Please note in the comments section when you would like your order delivered and we will make it happen.

We ship with two day service. If you would like like next-day service, please select this option at checkout.

What is SavedBy Package Protection?
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost
of lost, damaged or stolen packages. Sugar Wood will do everything that we can to make sure your package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.
How Much Does it Cost?
* SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically
calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.
Do I need SavedBy?
* You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to
shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us,
SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.
