When will my order ship?

Two-day nationwide delivery is included with your Batch order! (Scheduled delivery every Wed, Thurs & Fri.)

Can you handle special delivery requests?

Yes! We can usually accommodate rush orders. Please text us at 917-409-7360 with any rush requests.
We can ALWAYS accommodate requests for delayed delivery. Please note in the comments section when you would like your order delivered and we will make it happen.

When will my order arrive? 

Your order will arrive on the date you selected at check out. We ship with two day service. If you would like like next-day service, please select this option at checkout. Please remember to TRIPLE CHECK your delivery address, especially when ordering for delivery to a hotel, AirBnB, or other event space.

What is SavedBy Package Protection? 

SavedBy Package Protection is optional insurance for your order that can be added at checkout. SavedBy covers delayed, damaged and misdirected packages.
