Cookies will be available at Sugar Wood's NYC store starting Jan 10, and will begin shipping on Jan 13.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Mon, Tues & Wed before 2pm EST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed Mon & Tues after 2pm EST are shipped the next day.
Orders placed after Wed at 2pm EST are shipped the following Monday.

We ship with two day service. If you would like like next-day service, please select this option at checkout.

What is Route Package Protection?
Route Package Protection is optional insurance for your order that can be added at checkout. Route covers delayed, damaged and misdirected packages. If your package is not delivered on time, in good condition and to the right address, we will immediately send a replacement package, no questions asked, no forms to fill out. We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order. (Please note Route does not cover stolen packages.)
