What's Included?
- Thirteen Cinnamon-Vanilla Woody waffles (If you would like Kitty Waffles, please indicate the desired number in the comments field)
- Four bottles of signature Sugar Wood sauces for drizzling (One bottle of marshmallow plus three sauces of your choice)
- Storage and reheating instructions so your treats can be served piping hot and dripping with sauce

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Mon, Tues & Wed before 2pm EST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed Mon & Tues after 2pm EST are shipped the next day.
Orders placed after Wed at 2pm EST are shipped the following Monday.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Alaska at this time.
Can you handle special delivery requests?
Yes! We can usually accommodate rush orders. Please text us at 917-409-7360 with any rush requests.
We can ALWAYS accommodate requests for delayed delivery. Please note in the comments section when you would like your order delivered and we will make it happen.

We ship with two day service. If you would like like next-day service, please select this option at checkout.

What is Route Package Protection?
Route Package Protection is optional insurance for your order that can be added at checkout. Route covers delayed, damaged and misdirected packages. If your package is not delivered on time, in good condition and to the right address, we will immediately send a replacement package, no questions asked, no forms to fill out. We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order. (Please note Route does not cover stolen packages.)
